Please have one person read the Norms aloud and then another person read the Directions aloud.
Discussion Norms:
Cameras on during the discussion
Mics muted unless you are speaking
Focus on the person who is speaking
When you want to speak, unmute your mic as a signal
Speak directly to the conversation
Avoid telling long stories; just the "headline"
Avoid sharing information that is unrelated to the conversation
Encourage everyone to speak
Take responsibility for adding to the conversationÂ
Take turns, beginning with the person whose last name comes alphabetically first.
The speaker should describe one of their KidCard students in terms of their executive function needs.
The group should spend 3 minutes discussing the various tools and structures that could be used to support this student
Then the speaker will call on another person for their 3 minutes ... and so forth.
